Year 6 had a fantastic first day back from half term, visiting 2 London landmarks.  We began with a great tour of the Bank of England Museum from Mrs Robertson: trying to lift a gold bar, finding out how money is printed and learning the history of the UK bank.  Thank you, Mrs Robertson, for an engaging school trip.

After lunch, we toured St Paul’s Cathedral, focusing on how it was affected by WW2. We had a lovely tour guide called Peter, who showed us lots of interesting areas and told us some fascinating stories about the cathedral during the war.

A huge thank you to the parents who helped on this trip!
