Year 5  went up to London on the train to visit the Ancient Greek exhibits at The British Museum. We also had an excellent workshop where we got to handle replica artefacts and find out about Athenian democracy.

On Wednesday, Year 4 had a fabulous time exploring Wingham Wildlife Park. All the children really enjoyed themselves and were all engaged during the Orangutan Keeper talk and ‘Rainforest SOS’ talk all about Palm Oil and Deforestation. This was an excellent day out related to our Rainforest Topic.

The girls football team played their first league game today against Biggin Hill and had a great game. They all played really well. Great teamwork!

Girls from Year 5 and 6 took part in Farnborough’s first ever touch rugby tournament. The girls did really well switching from tag to touch rugby and won 3 out of their 4 games.
