School Beautification Day: Sat 28 April 2018
As you are probably already aware, we are holding a beautification day on Saturday 28 April, 10am – 3pm. We are inviting parents, staff, families, friends and the wider community to come and support us in improving the school grounds for all of our children.
We have a range of tasks that we hope to work through- suitable for those of all abilities and ages. To ensure that this is an enjoyable day for all we will be offering free hot and cold drinks. We will have the pizza van on site for those who wish to purchase lunch to keep their energy up. The High Elms team have very kindly agreed to come along to offer activities for the children present. Also, Coolings Garden Centre are supporting us by donation.
We are still seeking support from other local businesses (trades, gardening, DIY, etc) so if you know anyone who might wish to get involved please do let us know. To help us plan this event please let us know if you can come along and the sorts of tasks you are happy to be involved with. Children attending will need to be supervised by a
parent/carer. You are very welcome to pop in for a short time, or to stay for the day. All help welcomed.
