Year 1 visits Hever castle

We had a fantastic day visiting Hever castle to learn more about the past monarch, King Henry V111 and his second wife, Anne Boleyn. We were very lucky to have a tour around the castle before the castle opened to the public and then have a workshop. We learnt about how life was like in the Tudor times, King Henry V111 and his family. We had lunch in the beautiful grounds and finished off our day visiting the amazing adventure playground. It was a great day!
