Pixies and the Chicks

The Pixies Reception class have loved having the chicks in their classroom and learning all about their life cycle. The children were excited to watch them grow, from hatching to fluffing up, and enjoyed learning how to handle them gently and with care. We also had great discussions about what happens next in the chicks’ journey and where they will go to continue growing and thriving.
