Both Year 2 classes had a fabulous mathematical day out at Gatton Park in Reigate. There were two activities that we took part in during the day: We accepted our mission to carry out the Magical Maths Trail Kidnap Rescue where we split into groups and followed the mathematical clues to rescue the woodland animals that had been kidnapped!
We also had fun taking part in measuring a variety of objects including tree trunks and steps! We all returned to school tired and happy at the end of a very busy day. A big thank you to our helpers that joined us for the day.
