We had a super sunny day on Tuesday which ended with singing, stories and roasting marshmallows round the campfire. Today, we started with dragon boat racing on the creek where the children had to race each other in teams. This was followed by abseiling, climbing and tunnel trails. The latter activity had a final task to find the light switch for the tunnels. (Some of the children are still looking, Of course we won’t tell them that it doesn’t really exist….) A few were disappointed they didn’t achieve the task whereas one bright spark cottoned on to the fact there are no lightbulbs in any of the tunnels!
The rain has returned this evening but hasn’t dampened the children’s spirits for their outside Cluedo session. We wonder who the culprit will be?? We are looking forward to another fun packed day tomorrow.
